The Franconia Notch Fun Ride is a great side-destination on any trip up North. Although it is Small in miles, it is Big in entertainment value.
This fully paved bike path works its way 5 miles up to Franconia Notch. Along the way are many scenic tourist stops, and ends at Echo Lake sitting in the shadow of Cannon Mountain.
The Portland Maine Coastline Cycling Adventure is an all-day-affair exploring much of the Coastline in this small New England Capitol.
As an Advanced Intermediate ride of 45 Miles , you can expect to spend 5 – 10 hours on a ride like this. You will be stopping so often, it is hardly like a bike ride. Bring a Camera.
So, here you are... up here in the North East Kingdom, Vermont. You have busted your bones hard MTB riding on the trails. Still have a free time for a little road-ride before or after your next trail adventure?
Lots of big hills out here in Vermont you want to avoid. If you would like to try a little ride around town, let me suggest this route. Maybe you have your mountain bike? Hopefully you have thought ahead, and have a second set of rims with skinnies on them. A set of 34 – 38 mm road slick tires on a mountain bike is a great way to scoot around on the roads.
Great Video from that pristine mountain valley we all love so much in Northern Vermont.
Newest Land Owner donation to the Trail Network.
The Moose Haven Forest, East Haven Vermont.
Kingdom Trails VT.
The "3 T's" (Tap-N-Die, Tody's Tour, and Troll Stroll) along with Moose Ally and J-Bar are my favorites at KT. This is a great Video.
